How IT support booking works

Use this form to book IT support for PCs, laptops, workstations, printers, office networks, backup, email, or remote assistance. We serve businesses and individuals in Tirana, Durrës, and remotely across Albania. Pick a service, preferred date/time, and a phone number so we can confirm the visit.

After you submit, our team reviews the request and confirms within the next business day (or calls sooner for urgent issues). New customers may also get access to the client portal to track bookings and tickets.

What to prepare before you book

• Short problem description: what happens, since when, and whether it blocks work.
• Devices involved: PC/laptop, printer, modem/router, server/NAS, or email/Office only.
• Location: Tirana, Durrës, remote, or on-site, this affects scheduling and pricing.
• Access: admin credentials, VPN, or an on-site contact person when the technician arrives.
